Хочу оставить отзыв о компании InterCargo и отдельно поблагодарить Дмитрия. Обратились мы в конце марта, хотели подобрать Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 2022 года из Канады. Честно говоря, сначала было немного волнительно, потому что покупка машины таким способом - это не совсем привычная история, много нюансов, вопросов, ожидания и так далее. Но в итоге всё прошло намного спокойнее, чем мы себе представляли. С нами работал Дмитрий. Очень понравилось, как он относился ко всему процессу: всегда был на связи, всё объяснял нормальным понятным языком, подсказывал, что и как лучше сделать. Вопросов у нас было достаточно, иногда, наверное, даже повторялись, но Дмитрий всегда спокойно отвечал и помогал разобраться. За это прям отдельное спасибо. Автомобиль он нам подобрал в практически идеальном состоянии, именно то, что мы и хотели. Дальше уже сопровождал нас на всех этапах - покупка, аукцион, доставка, документы, все моменты по оформлению. Не было ощущения, что тебя просто довели до оплаты и забыли. Наоборот, чувствовалось, что человек реально ведёт клиента до конца. Машину мы получили 28 июня в Минске. Заказ был в конце марта, то есть примерно три месяца заняло ожидание с момента выигрыша на аукционе. Всё было выполнено качественно, по срокам, без каких-то неприятных сюрпризов. Машиной остались очень довольны. В целом впечатления от InterCargo только положительные. Понравилось не только то, что всё сделали хорошо, но и само отношение к клиентам. Сейчас уже, когда автомобиль у нас, можно сказать, что не зря обратились именно сюда. Будем рекомендовать InterCargo знакомым, а Дмитрию ещё раз большое спасибо за терпение, помощь и человеческое отношение на протяжении всего процесса.
