Yesterday I went to Alyona's workout (Total Body format). I've never tried this before — it was something! The body "burned" very pleasantly, especially after working out the legs — I feel that the muscles have worked 100%. I highly recommend giving it a try, even if you're afraid of the new format. Special thanks to Alyona for telling me about each exercise: what it's for, which muscle group works. It was very interesting, I learned a lot of new things for myself. This is a huge plus when a coach does not just force you to do exercises, but explains the process. Thanks to the In Body fitness club for such professionals! I'll be back again.

For a couple of months now, my friend and I have been going to Artyom's zoom studio and I want to say that these classes are like a glimmer of sunshine in the stormy storm of life. Classes are pure antidepressant and awesome cardio.Come to Artyom on zumba and you will get a lot of endorphins, stress relief, smiles, lymph acceleration and fat burning. The lesson is megapositive and heals the soul and body. The only disadvantage is that classes are not held on a regular basis, windows need to be caught.
