Today, on 05/22/25, there are no changes, we can hardly get through to the answer "WE ARE WORKING ON YOU))))! The staff are rude!!! Perhaps it was Irina Sidorenko, who left a positive review herself in the company where she works)))). In the first reviews, it is Irina Sidorenko who is thanked. They take money for the service - regularly!!!, but the quality of the service is terrible!!! Getting through to a single number is not realistic. Replace it QUICKLY - pay, 68.00 rubles were paid, on 04/23/2025 an application and a payment confirmation were sent to e-mail, on 04/24/2025 a response was received "accepted for work", today on 05/07/2025 a letter was sent with a question to e-mail - there is no answer, once again "barely got through" to which we were answered - your there is no request, I had to find out!!!))) We found out.... waiting for.. They promised tomorrow, the deadline is 05/12/2025. If possible, we will definitely change the service organization.
