A good hotel, we stayed for 3 weeks, cleaning was done every day, water was replenished every day too. At first we were accommodated on the 5th floor, the room was clean, the smell was good. The only thing is a hard mattress, but who cares. It was uncomfortable for us only the first week. Then they got used to it. We asked to be moved to a room with a view of the market, as the first room had a view of the other rooms of the neighboring hotel. We were moved to the 2nd floor without any problems, they gave us a room with a view of the market, there was no smell from the market, as well as no sounds, after 00:00 everything was closed in the market and there were fewer people. The only negative of the 2nd floor is the strong odors of sewage, unfortunately, cleaning and constant cleaning of pipes could not cope with this smell. We didn't move anymore, we left everything as it is. I want to say that the hotel management and all the staff are very helpful and kind. I recommend the hotel! You can take a towel to the beach from the receptionist, you need to hand it in in the evening, and in the morning they still give you new ones. The hotel has its own laundry room, and you can also do laundry if you wish. The pool is excellent, large, clean water, there are always free sun beds. There aren't a lot of people by the pool. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, but it's only to the beginning of the sea. We went to the other end of the beach, or reached the middle, because where it is expensive from the hotel to the sea, the water is dirty due to the accumulation of boats and other marine activities. But you can still swim there, there are paid sun beds. But it was more comfortable for us further away, if we go to the right side of the beach (to the right of the hotel), then the water will be clear and there will be fewer people. Near the hotel, on the corner by the road (on the right side), right opposite the market, there is a cool cafe called Arita or artista, it's cheap and incredibly delicious! In general, the location is very good, clean, there is a lot of entertainment nearby, good infrastructure, everything is nearby, you can walk everywhere. The 7/11 store is right across the street. The TV is working well, there is YouTube, VK videos, you can download anything.

The hotel was chosen spontaneously, just arrived for the Thai New Year (Songkran).We were two families, we were settled right away, as we arrived after lunch.The rooms are spacious,the renovation and plumbing are new.The room has everything you need.Cleaning every day.We liked the breakfasts: an egg dish, a hot dish, vegetables and fruits, and much more, we did not go hungry.Towels are provided free of charge on the beach, and it takes 7 minutes to walk to the beach.There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.The staff was friendly, our ignorance of the language did not bother us, all requests were made through an interpreter.Our room overlooked the Malin Plaza market.The location of the hotel is very good, and the market is nearby, which is generally excellent.You can have a snack at the market, there are always a lot of people in the evening, buy fruits, clothes and more.There are several currency exchanges, shops, cafes and massage parlors nearby.The hotel has a deposit.It took 10 minutes by tuk tuk to reach Karon Beach.We were satisfied with the hotel, I recommend those who are not too fussy.
