Holiday homes "Khutoryanka" — the perfect breath of fresh air Relaxation and atmosphere: A real rustic relaxation. The territory is surrounded by greenery, there is no city noise, sometimes planes fly by and the road is barely audible. There is an additional fee.Heated bathing vats are provided. The name is fully justified — you really feel like you're on a cozy farm here. Cozy atmosphere: Houses made of natural wood, inside there is everything necessary for comfort. Cleanliness: Perfect. The rooms are shining, the linen is fresh, the bathrooms are impeccable. The street area is cleaned well. Staff and maintenance: The main treasure of the base. The administrators are incredibly friendly, they solve any issues instantly and humanely, without unnecessary bureaucracy. Swimming pool: A great bonus for relaxation. The water is clean (without the pungent smell of chlorine), the depth is comfortable, and there are new deck chairs around. It is covered with a canopy in cool weather. Bottom line: A great place for a quiet family friendly weekend. We definitely recommend returning. One of the wishes is to add more sockets near the bed and improve the Wi-Fi coverage in the territory.

I spent a day with my colleagues at the Khutoryanka Hotel. I didn't have much time to find the pros/cons, but I liked everything overall. The only thing is that there is no breakfast, but the format of the hotel itself does not seem to imply it. And so, there is an opportunity to swim, go to the sauna, there is an opportunity to cook kebabs. And the houses themselves are equipped with everything necessary. Microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator. A day cost us about 14 thousand rubles/house

A good place to relax. It's clean and cozy. The pool is small, but if you swim, it's enough. Entrance is paid by the hour. There are drinks and ice cream in summer.
