Pros: inexpensive, close to the center, good location. The hotel itself has good furniture and repairs, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle. We didn't take breakfast, but the hostess said she could cook for us for a fee. View from the window to the street, on the balcony in the evenings you can sit over a cup of tea or something else. It's a pretty quiet place and a quiet hotel. On the downside: the water is barely warm, at room temperature. I went up to the owner, said that the speaker was turning off, I had to restart it. You need to set up the TV before you turn it on, it's Georgian, God knows how to set it up, and it's not very easy to ask every time. The kettle was too small, 900 ml was not enough for 4 people, I had to heat it several times. And it works somehow strangely. It would be good to change it. Well, the icing on the cake: I didn't have enough cleaning cleanliness, I would like to see more attention paid to this issue.

Cozy, clean, comfortable. As in all private mini-hotels, there are nuances, but here they are not significant, which you can quite put up with. Very good-natured, friendly, helpful and attentive hosts. They immediately respond to all questions and requests. They will meet you at any time of the day with a smile and with hugs. A delicious breakfast can be prepared for a small fee. I recommend it to everyone who will be visiting Tbilisi!
