A great, small hotel near the center. There are bus stops and metro nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants. Turkish guys work very close by - they cook very tasty :) The rooms are pleasant, the cleaning is good, the breakfasts are delicious. The cafe in the courtyard, in the summer season, causes pleasant impressions.
