The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, it felt like you had come to a place where no one was expecting you and certainly not happy to see you. Such behavior of the staff significantly reduces the desire to return to this store again. Perhaps the range is not bad, but the service leaves much to be desired. It is quite obvious that a smile and basic politeness could significantly increase the level of service and attract more customers) As a result, I bought perfume at a nearby store, where the staff was much more friendly and attentive.
