A cozy place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Silence, nature and fresh air. There is a small pond on the territory where you can go fishing.(catfish,pike,carp, carp, Amur....) Small but well-maintained, heated houses with a terrace for 4 or more people (shower, bathroom, fireplace,TV,refrigerator,microwave oven,kettle, dishes)barbecue area. There is a sauna, a gazebo for a large company. We really enjoyed it, we will definitely come more than once.

I've already written a review about this place before. And I really like it very much. But this year it was a bit disappointing. They mowed down all the reeds on the shore, everyone sees each other, which makes it less comfortable to be there, there is no privacy. At the same time, the grass is poorly mowed in the water near the shore, which is why fishing line breaks often occur when you pull the fish. We arrived once, so for the whole day we only caught 4 small things for two people, other fishermen left without any catch at all. And if earlier it was possible to catch solid carp or pike here, now there are only palm-sized crucians. We were fishing on the 9th site (lake). In general, I still like this place, it has wonderful nature. Last year we watched herons, this time swans and ducks swam and flew. Beauty! A lot of different birds arrive. But I would like the farm and the bridges to be repaired somewhere, otherwise the boards are rotten in many places, they have fallen off somewhere, and rusty nails stick out, which you can accidentally run into. And the men would like to catch some kind of solid fish. We talked to different fishermen there, and many of them are disappointed. People want some kind of emotions, trophies, since the money is being paid for it. And the toilet is a long way from the lake, and it's scary. It's easier for men to do this, but for girls it's such a pleasure. There are still some houses there, apparently, for rent to guests. Maybe we'll spend the night there sometime. And it's also very interesting, what kind of "political pond" is this?! 😂 It haunts me, very curious! Yes, I forgot to tell you. There is also something like small gazebos, with a table and benches, you can sit there, have a snack, relax... if there is no bite , To summarize: the place is good for relaxation, the soul, the nature is beautiful, sometimes even the catch is good. But here you have to try, the fish itself will not jump into the cage. , I can recommend it!

A picturesque place. You can go fishing. The houses are cozy. Mikhail did a great job. Of the cons: there is no wi-fi, or rather there is, but weak; there is no place for swimming (dipping after a bath does not count). Overall, it's a good vacation, but the leadership needs to think about development. And respect Mikhail, a sincere man and a host.
