A comfortable room- good saunas, a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We were with our daughter, had a great rest, no one is rushing anyone. After the Hammam, I took 5 massages from massage therapist Khan, it was the best decision for the whole vacation, I have not even met such a professional in St. Petersburg, I highly recommend it!! After the lymph drainage massage, the whole body tightened before my eyes, I began to sleep normally, and the swelling disappeared. In general, next time, no matter which hotel you stay in, I will only go to them!! Have a good rest!

The boy in the hammam is sweaty and smelly. He does everything with a blunder. No one accompanies you or tells you what to do. Massage is like stroking. After the massage, they will apply cream on the face and bye. No escorts. Yes, it's a conveyor belt.

The organization and service are at zero. They waited 15 minutes for the bracelets to be given out, and they waited at least 50-60 minutes for you to be washed. Why not invite 4 people to the washroom? And to brighten up the wait with a tea party in the lobby, at least. As a result, a crowd comes into the washroom, and everyone stands like in a museum, looking at you naked, like an exhibit … During the massage, everything was done carelessly, hastily. When they did a head massage, they pulled out the hair... The towels on the massage are stale, they smell musty. Obviously, they are not dried. Guides should be informed in advance that there is no shampoo, soap, or hair dryer. We (the guests from Russia) are not used to this! In our spas, the availability of these items is a BASE! It's night, but we HAVE to wait a long time for everyone to finish the procedures, because we came here in a big bus of 40-45 people. We'll arrive at the hotel at night and we'll have to wash up after all this misunderstanding. … Why not take the same number of tourists in two mini buses with an interval of 40 minutes? It would be much more comfortable for everyone. The renovation is tired, the interior is outdated. But this is a completely different conversation.... I would never recommend it to anyone.
