We stayed 6 nights, the rooms are clean, the bed is good, shower, toilet in the room. It was a little humid in the bathroom, so I had to ventilate, but it didn't bother me. The air conditioner is present. The hotel is located on the real first coastline, the beach begins right outside the territory. Pine trees grow on the territory, so there is shade. The hosts are friendly, all issues are solved without problems. Meals are not included in the price, but there is a cafe. This is a separate story, you can write a lot, I will limit myself to the fact that we ate only there, experiencing a gastronomic orgasm. We tried many dishes of Georgian cuisine. According to the price tag, as far as the average understood. It is better to order food in advance, as it is prepared after the order. You don't always have what's on the menu, but you can always choose something else delicious. I really liked it, I have a desire to come again. The place itself is quiet, peaceful, and sparsely populated, just like I love it. I highly recommend it.

the hotel is very tired: beds, plumbing, shared kitchen, garden furniture. There are two construction sites on the sides. Water from surface waters - it tastes of iron, it smells bad. Frequent power outages. There is no shop or footpaths nearby. To get to a good beach, you need to walk 200m to the neighboring village.
