A nice hotel that is in a great location. The territory is green and well maintained. It is located right on the beach. Near the market, shopping center, the final stop of minibuses. From here you can easily go to Staraya Gagra, take a walk there and come back. In the evening, you can sit in the gazebos on the territory. As for the cons, there's a construction site nearby, but it's not too loud, it didn't bother us. The sea is right next to the hotel with breakwaters, we went to the beach to the left of the exit, it's more pleasant there. You should not expect a miracle from the rooms. The usual neat rooms, with a little tired renovation and furniture. There are through cracks under the ceiling, but in summer in Abkhazia this is normal and does not bother at all. Loud music has always been on the coast until late at night, and we are even nostalgic about it. Delicious breakfasts, prepared with love. If you have already vacationed in Abkhazia and loved this country with all your heart, then you will like the hotel. If this is the first time, then think about whether you are ready for such "comfort". This is not Anapa with all inclusive. The price and quality match, you come here for nature and gorgeous sea sunsets. We had a vacation in September and got a lot of positive emotions. We will definitely come back here again.

We booked cabins without any problems — everything is simple and fast. The location is excellent: a couple of minutes walk to the sea, near the market and shops. The territory is well maintained, green, with a view of the mountains — beauty! There's a construction site in the back, but you can't see it from our window, the view of the mountains is blocking everything. The room is simple and clean, without frills. For Abkhazia, it is a solid 4, by Russian standards — 3. The furniture is not new, but comfortable. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the towels are ordinary. Of the cons: the bathroom is poorly ventilated, there is a smell of dampness. You can't see the houses from the road, even taxi drivers are looking for them. Once there was no water, the pump turned off until the manager came. Otherwise, everything is fine: the sea is nearby, the mountains are around, the air is fresh, the atmosphere is sincere. A great option if you are not waiting for suites, but just want to relax with a view and the sea by your side.

We had a rest with my son at the GUDVIN GLAMP hotel in July 2025. The hotel is located in Novaya Gagra. 2 minutes from the sea, first line, 10 minutes to the market. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the embankment with the Ferris wheel. It was our first time not only in Gagra, but we decided to go to Abkhazia for the first time. As soon as we were brought to the hotel, we were simply delighted with the view of the mountains, which does not cover anything. The sea is 2 minutes away! You walk out of the hotel gate and there's the beach! The hotel consists of about 10 cabins. The house has a veranda with a table, inside the room there is a large bed, a table, a refrigerator, a closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There was always hot water except for one evening. But there was some kind of accident in the city and the hotel had nothing to do with it. The territory is small, but very well maintained and covered in greenery. There is a cafe on site where we were served breakfast, which was included in the package. The breakfasts are ordinary, but delicious. We really liked the owner of the hotel Denis: polite, responsive, answered all our questions and requests. In general, we were just delighted with our stay at the GUDVIN hotel and of course I recommend it to everyone.
