On May 27, we visited the swimming pool in green park. The territory itself is beautiful, pine trees, fresh air, large pools — it's a good idea. But, unfortunately, there is a feeling that the facility is not yet able to cope with so many visitors, especially considering the cost of admission. We arrived around 10:15, and most of the sun beds were already occupied. After 1 p.m., there were so many people that it was just uncomfortable to be there — it was very crowded, noisy, and the pool was full. I would also like to pay attention to the purity of the water. It is clear that the territory is located among pine trees and debris from trees is inevitable, but there were hairs in the water, which already raises questions about the quality of cleaning the pool. There are also comments on the infrastructure: — many lockers in the locker room are not working; — the shower drain is not working properly; — the floor covering is swollen in places and looks unsafe; — there is garbage in the showers that does not take a long time to clean. Separately, I would like to mention the very long queues for food — it took about 30 minutes to wait for pizza and hot dishes. We understand that visitors can also be sloppy, and it is difficult for the staff to cope with a large flow of people. But at a cost of 6000-8000 tenge per adult and a separate payment for children (4500!!! ) I would like to see better service, control over the number of guests and more careful sanitation. We hope that the administration will pay attention to these points and improve the rest conditions over time.

In my opinion, the Service is 0. We rented 2 baths. The price is not cheap. As a result, the vat of warm water was ready only after 2.5 hours. And in the second bath, they didn't even pour water into the vat. In the end, the hot water in the bath itself was turned off. Kitchen orders were mixed up. The administration is not making contact. Only the maid runs back and forth out of breath. Okay, on the second day we wanted to rent a cabin, but when we were exploring the neighborhood, a security guard came running and started talking in raised tones. No more naked in this place. If the bath hour is 3000 tenge instead of 20k, you can still think about it. But, the price and quality don't exactly match. Nature is gorgeous. Staff 2 out of 10 Maintenance 0 out of 10 The food is 6 out of 10. I could have put a 9. But the food was cold. When I asked for hot food, they told me that there was a microwave in the bathroom. A 7k serving of food and a microwave Territory -10. Because the area is gorgeous.
