They work disgustingly. On May 15, I sent an e-mail with a request to issue an invoice for 3 security guard tokens, and I threw off the company's details. I called several times, they promised that the manager would contact me. They clarified my phone number. After 6 days, they sent a mock-up of tokens to my email and asked me how I would pay, an individual or a legal entity... Don't you guys read the letters to the end? Who were the banking details sent for? As of 05/26/2026, the invoice has not been sent. Customer orientation is at zero.
