We stayed on May 1-3, 2026 in a double room. The room is newly renovated, spacious and clean. On the eighth floor with a great view from the window. Slippers, snow-white towels and shower gel with shampoo are provided. The breakfasts were organized for the group, so they were served quickly, tasty and satisfying enough. Friendly staff. Very convenient location of the hotel. Access directly to the pedestrian zone. Special thanks for the horse statue. The only negative is that a couple of letters in the sign of the name "Horizon" are not lit.

The room is nice on the 5th floor, parquet, rugs, everything is decent, but my friends have a dirty, nightmarish carpet with huge spots. It's cold in the room, I'm frozen, although it's -12 outside, it was -8 in the afternoon. The water was warm at first, then normal. There are three snow-white towels, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There are a lot of hangers in the closet, but they don't fit there in width. In general, everything is good in the lobby, there is a good restaurant downstairs.

We were settled here from 31.12.25 to 2.01.26. Among the advantages: the location, we settled in very quickly, there are ironing facilities on the 4th floor, the room is large, friendly staff. The rest of the cons: dirt in the room, floor, carpet, tulle, curtains are stained, plumbing is not lacking, fungus in the shower, the drain in the shower and sink is not working properly, the toilet is not fixed, the coffee machine at the reception is not working, there is not enough closet for shirts and T-shirts. There is one closet that only holds jackets. Very cold. It's 22 degrees all the time. We had a New Year's banquet. All three of them. Edible but not salty. They asked for salt, but they never brought it to us. I had to take it from the next table. An amateur program. In 1 hour, playing a song about three white horses about 4-5 times in different versions is too much, and the presenter is obsessed with alcohol. Since we were part of a tour group, we had breakfast included. Unfortunately, the staff is not interested in whether I have allergies. All with lactose content, to which I am allergic. Money is wasted in general. Although the bread is delicious. One more thing, the tables are set here without taking into account that we had a mini-group of 6 people and we were always together. On the first day, I had to put food on the tables, which was humiliating.
