посещала клиники GMC в рамках чекапа ДМС Ренессанса и отдельно. чекапом в целом осталась довольна: приветливые врачи, всё подробно расспрашивали и объясняли, всё четко по времени. единственное, одна медсестра не смогла взять кровь из вены, сославшись на то, что у меня обезвоживание. через полчаса другая медсестра взяла без проблем. чекап, как оказалось, страховая согласовала только на 2 месяца. мед. координатор дезинформировала, что срок можно продлить по согласованию со страховой. по факту часть осмотров и анализов я не успела пройти, страховая отказала. после чекапа посещала терапевта. обсудили результаты чекапа, назначили повторные анализы через 2 месяца. оказалось, что в запросе в страховую не были указаны сроки, поэтому страховая согласовала анализ только на месяц. теперь нужно повторно посещать терапевта для актуализаци сроков. врачи хорошие, но мед. координаторы не умеют работать со страховыми компаниями, что оборачивается дезинформацией и тратой времени
