Very tasty ribs in a sweet sauce, without the bright taste of pork, but with neat spices, with smoke, with a crust sweet and juicy, honey-peppery. I try them everywhere, here are some of the two most delicious, the second on the Curonian Spit. The meat is very fresh and juicy, the lamb kebab is also amazing, the young lamb is milky. They do not cook soup with spices, they select those that emphasize the taste.
