I had an individual massage for 90 minutes, a general body massage, a thorough study of the back and shoulders, a head and neck massage. I was delighted. It was my lazy day without work or plans, and the massage was the icing on the cake on the last day of winter. I really want to come back. We came, offered to drink tea while we were waiting for our record, and I was happy to help myself. They took me to the massage room, gave me a couple of minutes to change my clothes and helped me get settled on the couch, and then time flowed into another universe! This is not a relaxing massage, it's working out all the clamps that you've been carrying with you for almost months. Come out a new person! Both emotionally and physically.
