It's good,just good,place is nice,the heart of the city,room under the roof is acceptable but at the same time,lack of essentials such as toothbrushes and toothpaste really is sad.

Very old style, traditional type of hotel with very congested rooms. Hardly any space inside the rooms. Also there are single bed room. The size of bed is like single bed for children. Prices are still sky high, probably being located in City Centre.

We stayed at the hotel on the weekend of 16.01.2026-18.01.2026 Of the advantages: • the most important thing is breakfast 😁 and the restaurant itself! The breakfast was varied, the food was good, everything we tried was delicious. We had dinner at the restaurant, and we also really enjoyed it. • the room and the floors are warm (although it was freezing -22°-23°) • cool view from the window • location – close to both the center and the metro and the railway station • prompt responses by e–mail before arrival (I contacted you twice - I received a response very quickly twice) • kettle in the room, water cooler on the floor minuses: • tired rooms, the water in the bathtub did not leave well, the water on the floor after the shower did not close the curtain tightly (perhaps there was a leak somewhere) • there was no room cleaning (yes, we did not leave the "clean the room" sign, but cleaning usually takes place by default) • a hard and uncomfortable pillow feels like a big, thick pancake, but the mattress and the bed linen itself are OK • the reception staff is not very friendly, they communicate with the guests as if with some kind of alertness, without negativity, but we did not feel like a guest who is expected here. We asked to extend the room for 2 hours (until 14.00) – we requested half the cost of the day. Seriously?! Out of season, on Sunday (there is no check-in), and obviously no one was in a hurry to do the cleaning in the room. Yes, technically, the reception staff acts within the rules of the hotel, but such a display of loyalty would cost the hotel absolutely nothing, but we would definitely have chosen Garni next time. + we planned to go for a walk, pick up our things at 2 p.m. and stay at the restaurant for lunch (very impressed with the draniki), before leaving for the airport. As a result, of course, they did not return just for the sake of the restaurant, they had lunch elsewhere, and the hotel / restaurant did not receive its revenue. • responses to reviews are written by the chatbot AI, it is very noticeable
