I clarified several times which filler to take. after the breeder got in touch, it turned out that this filler is CONTRAINDICATED for all small rodents! I will return it! she started a Dzungarian hamster (coniferous filler is contraindicated for them). I took a "bio friend" despite the fact that it says on the package that it is coniferous, I did not pay attention, trusting the consultant. I asked two girls if he was suitable, to which I received a positive response. as a result: you can not use coniferous filler, too large granules that are not suitable for dzungarians (weigh 20-45 grams)

There is not enough assortment to choose the size range for dogs in terms of shoes and muzzles. There are almost always queues. We need at least one more cash register, otherwise the specialists have a very heavy workload, and it is very inconvenient to look for the end of the queue in rows with goods. The staff is good, but they try to avoid clients on TK, they should learn how to serve and be customer-oriented.
