The food and customer service got much worsen. Ive been visiting Fresco since I was a kid, and I really loved this place for many years, and now I barely visit this place only for a glass of latte and that’s it. There was a very dry and smelly meat inside the pancakes, salads are no more delicious as well… pizza is too heavy and loaded with many toppings (makes you feel like eating a completely different meal) if they run out of some ingredients- they add a different thing instead of warning the guest and asking. I ordered pizza that had a champignon mushrooms and they added an oyster mushroom instead… and many things to complain about in general, especially slow like a snail waitress and them not being able to communicate in other languages rather than Uzbek
