The worst airline I've ever flewn on. The flight was delayed for an hour and instead of leaving us in airport with air conditioning they sent us into stuffy corridor and left us there for 40 minutes. All because the airplane wasn't ready and they started preparing it when we were already in stuffy corridor right in front of our eyes. By the way, water also wasn't given even after fact that a lot of people complained.

Покупали билет туда-обратно. Краснодар-Ереван. 26.06.2026 из Краснодара в Ереван, 29.06.2026 из Еревана в Краснодар. Рейс из Краснодара отменили, другого в этот же день или на следующий - не было! Соответственно, улететь в Ереван не было возможности. Есть справка из аэропорта. И поэтому билет 29.06.2026 из Еревана тоже использовать не было никакой возможности!!! И билет на отмененный рейс вернуть тоже не получается!!! В приложении компании изменила бронь! Теперь там стоит, что 29.06.2026 летите из Еревана в Краснодар, а 02.07.2026 - из Краснодара в Ереван. На почту было написано уже несколько писем, с приложением справки из аэропорта. Ответа нет! На звонки номер в Ереване - не отвечает!

FlyOne is the worst airline. They constantly cancel and postpone flights, and outright lie about their refund policies. Their deceptive tactics cost me double. Avoid them if any other option exists. I will never use this company again.
