On 10/29/2023, these dried flowers came. The store said that the new florist did not clean it. It's not like it's scary. Four days later, I showed photos and videos of just dead flowers. I was accused of not changing the water. No apologies, no resending of the bouquet, nothing. Draw your own conclusions.
