Bus 71 Bremen -hamburg - very very bad 😞, i must wait 1.30 hours , than tualet closed. Its unbelievable, the drivers unfriendly - they say- you can wait until Hamburg. Very badly! So i will choose now other company for trips!

I want to express my deep disappointment with the way Flixbus treats its customers. I was on holiday in Italy. Returning to Germany, I forgot my backpack with my vital equipment on the bus.. I saw on the website that the luggage was found on my flight. I contacted the company three times, but for three months I still have not received any answer. I do not recommend this company! They do not care about the well-being of their passengers! I am extremely dissatisfied!

I bought a ticket from Gdansk to Warsaw on June 1st. I had never traveled this route before and was guided by the map that was provided in the application. According to your map, the bus departs from the place marked with a red dot (signed 1). The name of the stop itself is marked on the map by point 2. In fact, the bus left the stop on the opposite side (point 3). As a result, I didn't get on the bus. I had to buy a train ticket the next day and book a hotel room. According to your policy, I am entitled to a refund for an unused ticket. I wrote a statement and attached cost screenshots. However, your support team refuses to refund my money. It was your fault that I incurred expenses due to your incorrect card and the bus departure mark on it. In addition, by not returning the money to me, you are violating your own policy described in your application.
