We lived on the top floor. The two rooms share a huge balcony with sea views. The numbers match the photos. Modern, clean. Excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners can be ordered on the grill. The view from the dining room terrace is beautiful. The number and variety of plants in the courtyard is amazing. We recommend shops both to the left and to the right of the guest house to future residents. Angela and Arthur are very friendly. I'm in touch all the time. We wish you further development.

My mother was sent to Edairn last year, but this year we arrived on our own. The best place of our hotels in Abkhazia (we were in Pitsunda and Sukhum)! Fresh and stylish renovation in the room, great view, cleanliness, excellent kitchen with all utensils, possibility of washing. There are drinks on the ground floor, Arthur and Angela helped with any questions they asked, the guys have a great dining room with dishes for every taste, there is a barbecue in the evenings, we especially recommend shrimp, just top! A beach with classic pebbles, you can rent a deck chair, a chaise longue, and a 4-minute walk to the beach. I read reviews that the river was making noise to someone, it was funny)) We only found the river on the 3rd day. In general, thanks to Angela and Arthur for such a cool place that gets better every year.

We had a vacation in August 2025 . in Edern . The rooms are really big, about 25 meters. The view from the window to the sea is GORGEOUS. The view from the terrace is MAGNIFICENT. There is a kitchen in the courtyard and a barbecue area for cooking. BUT we went to the dining room with two of them, Aphrodite and Babylon. In Babylon, the staff is more friendly and the food is tastier. We ordered a barbecue like this , picked it up at a certain time , or went to our gorgeous terrace and had dinner with a view of the sunset . The sea is clean, warm and gentle. It got a little dirty after the rain, but it's God's will!!! But after swimming 30 meters, it was still clear. So it's not critical. I read the previous review about the entrance to the sea (that rocks, etc.) complete nonsense.. Yes , where Aphrodite 's dining room is , there really are stones and the entrance to the sea is dangerous , BUT 10 meters away is an unrestricted entrance with small pebbles without stones , come in and out as much as you want . In general, we liked everything!!!
