Level 4 Local Expert

First of all, audibility, everything is terribly audible, then someone is laughing in the hallway, then there are heated discussions in the next room. Secondly, the staff is not friendly and not responsible. They offered a VIP for three, they said it would be comfortable, but in the end it was not at all cozy and the third person would have to pay for breakfast separately. The hotel has a problem with toilet paper and an iron that doesn't iron at all.
