The food is really delicious, the cuisine is excellent — I especially liked the main dishes, and the wine is simply impeccable. However, the service spoiled the impression. Unfortunately, the level of service does not match the format of the institution. We had dinner with foreign guests yesterday and were unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence of the waiter. There is no basic ethics of serving: the waiter reached across the table to set the dishes, brought the dishes to the beshparmak simply in his hands and put them directly on the table. This behavior is unacceptable for a restaurant that positions itself as a place with a high level of cuisine. I would really like the management to pay attention to staff training, because with such a good cuisine and wine list, high—quality service would only emphasize the advantages of the institution.
