Unfortunately, we have been cooperating with this delivery service for a long time. At first, we turned a blind eye to the shortcomings, but in the last six months the situation has become simply unbearable. Dispatchers and managers are not doing their job: you have to wait for their answers for several hours, and sometimes even days. At the same time, the company systematically loses parcels, endlessly postpones delivery times, and couriers work so unprofessionally that the flood of negative feedback from our customers forced us to think about changing the contractor. As a result, together with our partners, we stopped cooperating with this office and found an alternative. There are other companies on the market with a more interesting commercial offer and, more importantly, with a truly responsible and customer-oriented approach.

I had to contact this delivery service. We sent an SMS saying that the goods would be delivered within 2 days. There was no more specific information, the only number listed was occupied all the time. We called the seller, on the first of these days, he looked through some personal account that the goods were loaded, said that the courier should dial in an hour. As a result, at the end of the day, the courier called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. It's good that we were nearby. A car full of goods arrived, our goods are in the furthest place. The driver took about 10 minutes to get him. Conclusion: this company has 0 customer orientation, I have never had to deal with such a terrible delivery. In the future, I will check with the seller for the courier service, so that God forbid I don't run into this one.
