After the new neighbors appeared in the entrance, bedbugs appeared at home, at first I did not understand what it was and blamed the allergy. I even went to a dermatologist, who shrugged it off and couldn't figure out what kind of allergy I had on my body. A couple of days later, quite by chance, I saw a "crawling bug" on my couch, Googling it, I realized that it was a bug. I found the Dezon company on the Internet, called, and was greeted by manager Andrey. They explained everything to me in an accessible way, what to do and how to prepare, and what precautions to take. The master arrived on the specified day, I note on time, although they said that delays were possible due to heavy workload. I looked through the apartment on the spot, spoke in an accessible language about safety measures and cleaning after treatment and that the procedure would need to be repeated due to my rather severe infection. In general, we did one treatment and after 10 days another treatment. Although nothing was observed after the first one, it's better to be safe and do it again.
