On 02.11.2023 I started my treatment at DENTASAY in Istanbul. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I cannot describe the trauma, fear and stress I experienced. Not to mention the pain I endure every day. I don't have a single tooth that doesn't hurt. I have constant pain and burning in my gums. My healthy teeth were filed down more than necessary and then they did root canal treatment, root canal treatment with unfilled canals. My jaw hurts, I have a constant headache, my left arm is numb and my cheeks are red on the inside. The dentists in Germany said that this is due to the poor quality material. I went to DENTASAY 4 times in total. My first zirconium crowns were glued on 03.03.2024 at 2 am. After 1 week my gums started to hurt, I went to the dentist and he saw that they hadn't cleaned the glue. When the glue was removed, all my teeth started to move and I started to feel terrible pain in my teeth and gums. On 21.04.2024 I flew back to Istanbul. They removed all the zirconium crowns. Again pain, stress, suffering, and the result is a big disappointment. My pain continues, the crowns are constantly moving. My gums started to turn purple. On 30.10.2024 I went to Istanbul for the last time to talk to the owners of the clinic. Before I went I had already received opinions from 6 dentists in Germany. All the dentists had the same opinion; incorrectly treated teeth, incorrectly made crowns and excessively filed teeth. I stayed in Istanbul for 5 days. Not only did they not do any treatment for 5 days, but they told me that they did not see any problems. It was all on a psychological basis. Although the owner of the clinic knew that I was going to the clinic, when I went, the manager of the clinic told me that he would not come because he was at a funeral. We talked with the manager of the clinic for 2 hours, maybe more. But we could not reach any agreement. Because they did not admit their mistake. In addition to the manager, he is an implantologist and also makes crowns. After the conversation, we left the clinic and sat with my husband in a cafe next to the clinic. When we returned after half an hour, because they did not know that we would return, we met the owner of the clinic, who was supposedly at a funeral. The owner of the clinic mockingly told me that if I found a better dentist to treat my teeth, he would cover all the costs. I cannot describe to you the shame and humiliation I experienced. So far I have only paid 6000 leva for plane tickets. I was in such unbearable pain that when I returned to Berlin on 04.11.2024, as soon as I got off the plane, I went to a private dental clinic. The dentist put an antibiotic on my gums and said that these crowns should be removed as soon as possible. What I wrote here is not even one percent of what I experienced and what I heard from DENTASAY. I did not go to this clinic because it was cheap, I knew the translator since my school years and after a few months of talking to her I decided to go to them because they promised me that everything would be fine and I would not have any problems. They lie to patients so much that they even believe themselves. I will not remain silent anymore because I have already spent 30,000 leva because of DENTASAY. And for my next treatment I have to pay 3 times more because of their incompetence. I will seek my rights to the end, I have kept quiet enough!!!! The best they can do is their own advertising. but definitely not teeth.
