We had a rest with a friend from 03/14/2026 to 03/21/2026, we liked everything, the view was of the pool, the room has everything, a large towel, a small one,a bathrobe,a brush paste,a hair dryer,soap,shampoo,shower gel,an ironing board and an iron are in the lobby,you can iron without problems,you can wash your clothes in the washing machine ,the bed was cozy and clean,the pillows were comfortable,the room was cleaned perfectly,the only thing was that the curtain in my shower was killing me,the girls at the reception were beautiful, the model answered any question,they helped to order a transfer,the hotel was excellent ,they were satisfied.

Why not prepare a pool when the hotel is already fully occupied? To go out and lie on a deck chair by the pool? But no, they are waiting for the season, and it does not begin when the guests arrive, but when they decide for themselves that this is the season. The pool is half empty, surrounded by dirt and debris. To the question, where is the equipped beach, as indicated on the website? Answer: the beach has nothing to do with the hotel, it is equipped by private owners ... but it is not yet the season. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, the staff is polite and attentive. The information on the website and tour aggregators should be adjusted. The pool and the beach were important points when choosing a hotel, but in fact they are not there at the end of May.

We arrived in early March. DAM restaurant - After reading reviews about the chef, we decided to definitely visit remtoran. Two different salads from the chef were delicious, only mine was drowned in the dressing sauce. But the meat with pineapples was very tough. Untimely serving of dishes. But the breakfasts were very tasty. They chose the Abkhaz and European languages. Just great! I hope that things will get better someday. DAM Hotel- We were greeted by a very friendly, smiling receptionist. It was a pleasure. Nice luxury room, clean, has everything you need. It's nice to fall asleep to the sound of the sea, and in the morning, when you go out on the balcony, you can see the clear water of the sea and even dolphins in the immediate vicinity. It beautiful
