Disrespectful staff. They asked the guys for something under their feet to try on things, at least a package, and received not explanations, but negativity. They asked for a book of complaints or suggestions and shouted in both voices that there was no such thing, then one of the cashiers began to pretend that he was looking for something. In general, we bought a blouse, asked for a receipt and a package. They gave me a jacket and offered me neither a package nor a receipt.Rude staff.Change and don't lose your customers.

Today (12/26/2025, at about 6-7 pm) I visited this branch with a friend and we were left with very unpleasant impressions. The service was disgusting, I needed the size of the sweater, but I couldn't find it in the hall and turned to the consultants for help, while when I approached them they just stood and chatted sweetly with each other, completely ignoring the attention of the customers, I don't like annoying service, but some level should be present. I asked to find a size xs-s for me, but the consultant (a tall guy with glasses, unfortunately, did not see the name) looked at me and asked "is this on you????" (hinting that this size would be too small for me) - DeFacto, do you consider it the norm to communicate Is this the case with clients? As a result, the consultant no longer approached me, apparently he did not find the size, or he just danced in the warehouse and returned back to the hall and continued chatting with his colleagues, relying on rails. No one came up to us, when we turned to another consultant, she said that apparently they had not been taken out into the hall, we ourselves had already asked to take things out into the hall, this girl was also missing, as a result, we ourselves found this unfortunate sweater on the rail near the fitting room, apparently the consultant girl found it and She put it there, but she didn't even notify us. It's impossible to stay in the store, it's very stuffy, even the doors are wide open. There was a long queue at the checkout, but there was only one cashier who literally fell asleep there. The queue lasted about 10 minutes and there was not even a manager or any other person in the hall who would control the work of the store. I do not recommend visiting this branch, it is much better in the Atlas Chimgan shopping center.

An interesting way to make money on customers is to add an extra item to the order. Apparently, the store expects that no one will notice. The order was for 600 thousand, but the cashier considered it necessary to add extra money for the product that had not yet been purchased. The receipt was checked at home, as there was confidence that everything was fine. It turns out that you shouldn't have trusted, you don't want to return to the store with such service at all.
