From the exchanger, it's really bad here. Especially if you have dollars on hand. It is unrealistic to find a state-owned bank for an exchange. Basically, the practice of exchanging QR codes is widespread here. I want to say that the exchange rate is very different from the official one. So it won't be profitable to exchange. But in any case, it is more profitable to exchange and shop in lira than it is calculated in currency.
