The cleaning is of poor quality, the staff is not trained professionally and efficiently to restore order in public areas and in the rooms of tourists. Hygiene products are a separate topic: in the dispenser, shower detergent and shampoo are two in one. There are no bathrobes or slippers. There is no aftershave. The safe is paid for. The Internet is paid. Replacement of beach towels is paid. In the restaurant, dishes are poorly washed and there are a lot of broken dishes. The menu is very poor. An A la carte restaurant is generally ridiculous. A parody!!! Don't go there!!!! I didn't find a single disadvantage in this hotel. Very polite staff. Excellent cuisine. Swimming pool, beach, cocktails in bars and delicious fish. And what a great hammam with massage!!!!!! I recommend it!!!!!
