In short, an unpleasant situation turned out, they tried to resolve it, but the photos do not correspond to the level of the hotel and its condition. It feels like it was built modern two years ago, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel are not maintained at all. It is located far from the city center, a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. We checked in late at night, we were given a room with garbage scattered on the floor and shelves in the closet were piled up, there was garbage from them too, the sink was dirty - we changed the room to a room with a balcony at no extra charge, but there was dirty bedding (there were gray stripes on the pillow), we did not change it (they replied that everything was washed at 90 degrees; the next day they asked the cleaners to change the bed linen - the whole room was cleaned, all sets of bed linen and towels were replaced). The troubles have been eliminated, but overall the impression of the hotel is not very good: the wallpaper should already be replaced, the fourth floor was being completed or renovated - plaster was lying next to it, the windows are all streaked, some are completely dirty. We were afraid to go to the pool, all the sun beds have not been white for a long time. On the plus side, there was a very tasty Georgian cuisine cafe nearby (but there were cool guest houses not far from it).

We stayed in this hotel from 08/12 to 08/22/25. room 404 on the 4th floor. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!! A double bed with short sheets, pillows about nothing (at least sleep on your fist). A single bed with a long and short mattress. The curtains don't completely cover the windows (and the sun is so hot after lunch). It hadn't even been vacuumed after the previous guests, and there was dust, paper, and hair bands behind the bedside tables. There is a kitchenette and a refrigerator, but there are no dishes at all. Why use a teapot if there's nothing to drink tea from??? No spoon, no fork! The sockets in the room are a separate conversation: you need to choose a special position to charge your phone. The hotel's Wi-Fi barely pulls only near the window. There is a TV in the room, but there is no Wi-Fi for it. We watched it while handing it out from the phone. There's a hole in the ceiling from a missing light fixture. Bathroom: the rain shower pipe is broken off in the shower stall, only the watering can works. There was hot water around the clock. Upon arrival, the water in the toilet bowl was constantly flowing, the drain button did not work (it was necessary to press several times to start filling the tank, but the water flowed anyway). On our request to repair it on the 3rd day, either the owner or the owner's husband came, took off the lid of the tank, poked around, said he would replace the button and left. Guess if the button was replaced? Of course not. It stank from the sewer cistern, but most of all it stank from the sink drain. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, but the outlets are not working. At our request to fix it, the same guy started calling someone. Do you think it was fixed? Of course not. My son went to the reception in the evening (by the way, it's amazing that after half an hour of waiting someone showed up there, it was usually empty) and they gave us....Get ready.... extension cord. Because of the sockets, the refrigerator was often cut off, it was necessary to monitor and choose the position of the plug. The air conditioning in the room is normal. When they left, they left it on, then they came to cool down. But the highlight of our stay was the rain from August 20th to 21st. The windows are not only dirty, but also leaky, there was a huge puddle almost to the middle of the room (see photo). Food. We took breakfast. The menu is monotonous. You won't stay hungry, there are no special delights. The only fruits were watermelon and melon. A very smelly homeless dog is constantly walking around the dining room. They chase him away, but he comes back. Room cleaning and change of towels and bed linen on request. You leave the key at the reception and here it is. The towels were changed, the trash on the floor was still there, the trash from the bathroom was taken away, and it was left under the sink in the kitchenette. The balcony is small, drying on it is nothing. Only the swimming trunks to dry. Towels don't fit normally. The hotel has a swimming pool and sun loungers with umbrellas. The pool has 2 zones: for adults and children. Nearby there is a small playground with a playhouse and swings. The location of the hotel will appeal to those who really need peace. The sea is 850 meters away by winding roads. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

One star each for the pool and the staff, everything else here is just terrible. The building and rooms are very shabby and dirty, everything is constantly breaking down. During our week here, the air conditioner, hair dryer, and bathroom light broke down. One day there was no hot water, the other day the electricity was cut off without alternative power sources. You don't have to rely on a local Wi-Fi, only one of the two networks works, and even then every other time. There is no cleaning or towel change in the rooms, which is very inconvenient considering that almost everyone comes for bathing. And of course, the food — you may get lucky with something more or less edible, or you can finish the sour vegetables from yesterday's table in a snack with boiled pasta and sausages. In general, you can live if necessary, but there is no question of any "comfort" here :)
