I was in a cafe on 04/24/2026. She asked me to make some coffee with calculation before leaving — I've done it here before, and the other barista didn't mind. Today, the barista categorically refused, although the room was empty, no one was waiting or interfering. It is unclear why the flexibility of the service depends on a particular employee. In addition, the music was playing loudly, which created additional discomfort in the empty hall. the aftertaste from the conversation was unpleasant. I want more respect for the guest and uniform standards.

Charming barista Alexandra is not only a professional in her field, but also a very wonderful person. I ordered a regular cappuccino and compared to other chain coffee shops such as Paragraph, Varka, Hotfix, it was the best coffee in my life. The coffee shop inside looks as neat as the barista herself) I also visited kofix about a month ago, but already in pedestrian on Uruchye. Anastasia, the barista, served me. This time it turned out to be exactly the opposite. Not only did they add syrup that I hadn't asked for, and the price changed accordingly, but the coffee was overheated and had a disgusting taste of bitterness, as if dead espresso had been added. And when I asked politely to redo it, I received a rude refusal in response!!!

Hello. I visit your coffee shop periodically, and I'm generally happy with everything. 06/24/2026 logged in again. The room was empty, clean, and even somehow cozy. Alice, the barista, was standing behind the bar. Friendly and very pleasant, I was satisfied with the visit.
