I sincerely love cofix and visit it often, but unfortunately, recent visits to this cafe disappoint me. First of all, the staff seems to be working hard: they answer questions reluctantly and so that they cannot hear, and sometimes it seems that they are not even aware of the availability of seasonal drinks.I recently came specifically for a seasonal drink, and the counter staff muttered that they didn't have any whipped cream. At the same time, the full cost of the drink was charged. I thought, come on, there's no whipped cream, big deal, but it turned out there's almost nothing available. After me, a young man came in and ordered one drink, to which he was told that there were not enough ingredients in it, after that they went through five more drinks, but each one was missing something. It happened in the middle of the day, not in the evening.If this had been an isolated incident, I would have understood, but a similar situation repeated itself during the promotions on the TV series "Stranger Things" and with the Harry Potter cream beer. When I asked about the drink from very strange cases (which, by the way, was hanging over the head of the employee behind the counter), the staff reacted with complete shock, as if they had no idea about it. Butter beer was also unavailable. The horror!
