The client is a child of 15 years old, the service is career guidance testing for Surganov 29. The reception is conducted by a psychologist (not a career therapist or a neuropsychologist). Stage 1 is a 25-minute test with VR glasses. Then a report is generated in a special program. The report is sent by e-mail. When I asked to print it, they said that it was not possible to print such a large report to each client, and that they were saving money. The program that generates the report did not work immediately: for 15 minutes, the psychologist tried to contact technical support. When the report was generated, I saw that the psychologist had misspelled the child's name, although at first they agreed to process the PD, and I could at least see how the name was spelled correctly if in doubt. This is a beacon for the competence of a specialist. This was followed by the so-called interpretation of the test - strengths and weaknesses. So I want to say that the role of the psychologist was that she just read this report to us. There was no specialist work there - interpretation, analysis, or at least a description of the result in their own words. Also, our psychologist did not understand the structure of the report that she read to us: she could not distinguish the footer of the document with the name of the section from the name of the described indicator. And the salt begins with the selection of professions. In order to choose a profession for the child, the report was uploaded to the neural network in Telegram. This is not even some kind of specially trained neural network, but one of many available to any user today! I just couldn't believe my eyes! The suggested professions range from writer to code developer. My child's neural network is set up much more precisely. In general, the conclusion is this. The psychologist (at least ours) is incompetent in career guidance and illiterate. The methodology is questionable. Think a hundred times about whether you need such a consultation.

I do not recommend career guidance at scleverUp: it is expensive and superficial I have education and work experience in the field of defectology and psychology, so I appreciate the service not just as a mother, but from a professional point of view. Unfortunately, the scleverUp center was disappointing. There was a clear feeling that the center's task was not to help a teenager in self—determination, but simply to earn money. The service is noticeably expensive and absolutely does not justify its cost. What was confusing in essence: 1. No one talked to the child in a substantive way. No contact was established, and there was no live dialogue or interview. 2. The main tool is the Schulte test (diagnosis of attention span). You can easily go through it on the Internet and process it through AI with the same success. 3. The recommendations based on the results are puzzling. The list of "forbidden" professions for a girl: not a pilot, not a welder — thank you, this is obvious even without paid diagnostics. Then there was a surprise: due to the "increased stress", which is not surprising in these conditions, they suggested taking a closer look at the profession of a librarian and the list of "professions of the future" from the category of "magic house". No depth, no individual approach. Impression: a formal procedure with the sauce of modern career guidance. I wanted to return at least half of the cost, and in a good way - the entire amount. If your goal is to throw away money and waste time, go here. In other cases, look for specialists who really work with the motivation and personality of the child, and do not translate patterns.

I signed up with Natalia because I wanted to try the CleverPoint EVA testing system I passed the VR test (by the way, it turned out to be fascinating and not at all scary). The test results were partly surprising and partly expected. Together with Natalia, we discussed my problems and determined which approaches would be most effective to solve them. We have already started to take the first steps together with her and I felt the changes in my life. During the first visit to Natalia, I was looking for a job. I included the data from the CleverPoint EVA test report in my resume and it was to them that a potential employer drew attention, and later hired me. Natalia is a real professional. I am grateful for the warm and supportive approach and remain impressed by her knowledge and experience. I fully recommend this therapist to anyone who is looking for help in solving their personal problems.
