A luxury hotel on the first coastline with its own private beach. The rooms are clean, equipped, after a great renovation. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception - they help with everything! The hotel was booked through Anex Tour, if you negotiate directly with the hotel, it is much cheaper))) City buses run to the center of Marmaris, they are cheap, comfortable and not expensive - which is a huge plus, but you can also walk, because there is a prominence on this first coastline that leads just to the city center :) The food is varied and delicious - the buffet system. The cooking is great! For a quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay - the best hotel! :) The rest was in August 2025 PS: Who is flying from AnexTour - at a meeting with a guide, normal excursions start at $ 100 per person and the maximum amount is unlimited)) Do not take tours from them, ask at the reception, they will recommend normal companies and for a low price, and with the same level of comfort and completeness of the tour. The only advantage is that the tour is added to your booking and you pay either in cash (dollars must be new, old ones are not accepted), or via Sberbank (at the exchange rate at the moment) Another tip: take a free "duty-free shopping" tour - you will be taken around the city to special shops that carry just such tourists (you will understand the catch at the very first outlet). You will go to a leather store (burnt Chinese goods for a very high price), then you will go to the Marmaris Gold Center (jewelry store) and at the end you will buy lukums. All movements around the city are free of charge. Don't buy ANYTHING! In Migros (hypermarket) exactly the same sweets are a million times cheaper! This "tour" is just for you to see the city, get to know it (if for the first time), where and what is, so that you can walk or take a bus later. One more time - do not buy anything in the stores where you will be taken! This is a scam of the highest degree, wrapped in a very beautiful wrapper.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for the third time, but I am writing a review only now. We have been vacationing in Marmaris for a long time, we lived in hotels of different categories from 4 to 5 stars, but in the end we chose the Class Unique Beach Hotel for the following reasons: 1) the hotel has recently been well renovated, the rooms are modern, everything is working, clean, cleaned daily, even the glass on the balconies is washed, which I have never seen before; 2) the concept of the hotel is "for adults only", and the hotel guests in most of the Eastern European countries are not screaming English, who wants a relaxing holiday, he will understand. Music can be heard from a nearby restaurant, but it's everywhere in Marmaris.; Russian russians are very polite and professional staff: The receptionist, Alexander, speaks Russian, is always ready to help in any situation, the restaurant manager, Hussein, ensures cleanliness and service, the waiters are friendly and try to speak Russian; Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel, in the rooms and on the beach. 4) The hotel's restaurant is located on the second floor, so you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea on the terrace while eating. There were white tablecloths on the tables, which was very aesthetically pleasing. The dishes in the restaurant correspond to the hotel category, everything is delicious and not salty, which is important for food-conscious guests. We had enough of everything, but if we wanted seafood, we went to restaurants at the Marina. 5) The hotel has its own beach, which is a big plus, the sun beds are good and comfortable, the entrance to the sea is rocky, like everywhere else in Marmaris, but there is a small path, and we also had slippers for swimming. The hotel has a small swimming pool. 6) The location of the hotel is also very good, it is located at the end of Marmaris and at the beginning of the promenade to Icmeler. The promenade is great, surrounded by greenery. And you can get to the center of Marmaris by minibus, just next to the final stop. 7) I will mention the hotel's SPA separately. There is a sauna, a hammam, a small fitness room, and most importantly, the SPA has an excellent massage therapist. She does a very good, high-quality massage. Every time I come, I definitely go to the SPA to restore my back and relax. The prices at the SPA are very reasonable. I am attaching a photo. In general, I highly recommend the hotel to guests who want to spend a relaxing holiday and improve their body condition.
