We went to sit with a friend last night. We sat outside in inflatable cabins. We waited for 10-15 minutes until someone came to take the order. As a result, they went to call and get the menu. We ordered chicken pizza, and a couple more items. As a result, they didn't bring what they asked for. Chicken pizza with the addition of turkey, I clearly indicated several times that it was just chicken. Instead of changes, your waiter slammed the door and rolled his eyes... such a service. They didn't offer to fix anything, replace the order, or compensate with another dish, or remove an item from the receipt, but simply said: The pizza is over. That's all. After the waiter slammed the door, he didn't come up to us, and neither did the others until we went inside ourselves. Work on the attitude of your staff towards your clients. There's definitely nothing to do with a favor, especially when asked politely. P.S. the fondue and club were delicious.

The food is delicious! We ordered waffles by ourselves, said that the order would be ready within 15 minutes and asked to wait. We were treated to Turkish tea (the tea is very tasty, by the way). And the order was prepared in 10 minutes.
