The complex itself consists of 2 buildings, there is a swimming pool at Building A, and the office of the management company is located in the same building. Large parking lot behind the barrier. There is a machine with water and drinks. There are 2 elevators in each building, and the entrance to the apartments is based on maps. Now about the inside) the apartments are spacious and bright. I lived in 4 different rooms. When choosing, it is better to choose the floor above, on the second floor with a view of the papking it smells like sewage on the balcony, and the balconies themselves are very small. Ideally 5-6 floors and a view directly to the mountain. In some apartments, the view slightly overlaps the neighboring building. So it's better to request additional photos when booking. Keep in mind that the condo was built in 2012 and, of course, the devices themselves got tired during use. Not all owners take good care of them. There are some difficulties with the water, the pressure is weak. The toilet bowl may be leaking (the manager quickly fixes it if anything). There are many cafes and massage parlors nearby. The temple and the market are also nearby. The road to the beach is along the roadway, the sun is scorching very hard.
