The dealer is new, not all stores are open yet. There is a lot of entertainment for children, entertainment locations, a viar arena, a trampoline center, an experiment center, a physics center and more. Nice big grocery store on the ground floor. Currently, all parking is free, and so is the underground parking. It is possible that when the stores are fully filled, time restrictions will be imposed.

4.06.26 вечерняя смена охраны - хамское поведение охранников! Были в детском центре Забава, у которого время работы до 22ч, пока с детьми дошли до первого этажа время было чуть после 22ч. На первом этаже поняли что ребенок забыл куртку, эскалатор наверх закрыт красной лентой, выслушала от одного из охранников прилюдную лекцию не забыла ли я свою голову и вообще почему после 22ч мы находимся на территории ТЦ. При этом охранник находился на 2м этаже, а мы на первом, орал на весь ТЦ, испугал детей. После моих настоятельных уговоров другой охранник все же сопроводил на 3й этаж за детской курткой и всю дорогу рассказывал что у них в 22ч закончился рабочий день, из-за таких как я они вынуждены оставаться сверх рабочего времени. Уважаемая Администрация ТЦ Червенский прошу пересмотреть время работы охраны либо развлекательных заведений на верхних этажах чтобы у посетителей была возможность спокойно выйти из ТЦ, а не под крики охраны. Такая ситуация недопустима в современных рыночных условиях!

I want to share a trip to the Chervensky shopping center, I am pleasantly surprised how everything has changed. A very modern and tidy shopping center, it feels like it is new and has good potential for development. Many interesting shops have already opened, there is where to go and what to see. I also liked the Museum of exact Sciences experimentus, a great place, especially if you come with children. Very convenient parking. And, oddly enough, it's great that it's been made paid: now there's no previous congestion, you can safely find a place and not waste time searching.
