Great place, wonderful staff, polite and friendly, the cat had a full treatment package, claws, washing, haircut. Of the disadvantages, it's probably too expensive, but I didn't specify the prices in other places, so I chose the salon closest to home to reduce stress for the animal.

We have already been to the Chekhov grooming studio (formerly ACE Dog in Novaya Borovaya) about 8-9 times with a long—haired shepherd dog. Basically, we choose a complex with express molting. There are no serious complaints: the dog is always given clean, neatly trimmed where needed, combed, and smelling good. The effect of rapid molting is clearly noticeable by how much the amount of hair on the sofa and floors decreases. The dog is large, heavy and quite choleric.: Nevertheless, the masters report that she behaves well, which means that they find an approach to her. One of the significant advantages for me is that the masters always fit into the timing. It's also nice to get a video of the process.

Irresponsibility!!! We signed up for grooming. We arrived on time, in five minutes. In response, they say that the master does not have time, take a walk for 20 minutes. And call in advance and warn that the master does not have time, religion does not allow? They would say come half an hour later and there would be no problems. Or should I walk down the street with a cat for 20 minutes? He went home. As a result, they called back in half an hour, they didn't even invest in the promised 20 minutes!!! Customer orientation is at zero!!! It's just a pity for the time spent...
