I would like to express my deep gratitude to Hilola for organizing our family vacation in Hainan! We contacted her in the middle of the holiday weekend, when the demand for tours was very high and many options were already occupied. I would like to mention the hotel separately. For us, as a family with a small child, cleanliness was one of the most important criteria. Many people know that in Asia, the attitude towards cleaning sometimes differs from what we are used to, so we were a little worried. But the hotel was pleasantly surprised: everything was very clean, the bed linen and towels were snow—white, the rooms were well-groomed and comfortable. Although the hotel is not new and has been for many years, it is well looked after, and it was felt throughout. The pool was also clean throughout the entire stay. Yes, there was a smell of bleach, but for us it was rather a plus, because it was clear that the water quality was really being monitored. I would especially like to thank Hilola for her attention to detail. She contacted the hotel in advance and arranged for us to be provided with rooms on high floors with beautiful sea views. Every day we woke up and admired the stunning scenery right from the window. Thanks to this, we have a lot of beautiful family photos and wonderful frames to remember. Such moments make a vacation truly special, and this is also Hilola's merit. I was particularly touched by the fact that Hilola had a birthday on the day of our departure. Despite her holiday, she stayed in touch, wrote to us herself, sent us all the necessary documents, clarified the details of the flight, offered help with printing out documents and accompanied us until departure. This attitude is very rare and shows how responsible a person is towards their work and their clients. Throughout the trip, Hilola was in touch with us. She asked if we were okay, if we needed any help. She accompanied us from the very beginning — from the selection of the tour and the paperwork to our return home. It is very valuable when you feel supported not only before buying a tour, but also during the vacation itself.
