It helps a lot when you take screenshots of their stories in advance, then you just show them the photo - everything has already been collected. A good store with the necessary goods for every day: dishes, kitchen appliances, stationery, pajamas, underwear, socks, bed linen, jewelry, household chemicals. Payment is possible by card. There are two entrances: to the courtyard of the residential complex and to Egizbayev Street. I was looking for plastic containers, unfortunately I didn't find what I needed.
