I ordered a cake for pickup from this branch and was confronted with a rude attitude from the staff. Firstly, the card payment terminal was not working and the cashier said in a commanding tone, "pay with cash or click/pay." It's not convenient, and at least a semblance of an apology for the inconvenience would not hurt. Secondly, talking through your lip, "right now," the lack of a normal greeting or farewell also does not add joy. The exact opposite of the branches on C-1 or Bobura, where the staff is very polite. I'm unpleasantly surprised. The cake, of course, is delicious, for which I do not give one star.

It is a pity that the institution does not have a book of reviews and suggestions. The serving does not correspond to the level of the dish and the establishment. San Sebastian cheesecake is very tasty, but serving chocolate in a cheap plastic dip pot greatly spoils the overall impression of the dish. This dessert deserves at least a ceramic ramekin or a small sauce pan. I hope the service is adjusted to the level of the kitchen.

It's a wonderful place! We lived nearby at the holiday inn, and every morning after breakfast we went here to drink coffee. Desserts are magical 😍☺️ raspberry tartlet is very tasty! Heart break ❤️ The staff is attentive and courteous! Which is very important) I wish this place more satisfied customers.
