He is troubled about the service. There are problems that do not exist in your vehicle. They don't accept anything. They say it has nothing to do with us and are trying to get out of the business. You're showing the problem, he doesn't see, he doesn't hear, he doesn't understand. You want them to solve the problem that has arisen, they make an appointment for 1 week later. They say that you need to leave the vehicle and create a new victimization. They don't feel any responsibility at all. I've lived at least 3 times. I've experienced it.
