on 28.03.2026, around 01:00, I ordered a package by phone from a kokoreççi named By Chef. Although I ordered only half a coke and a buttermilk, a total fee of 500 TL was charged. I know that the prices are already high, especially at night, but this figure seems excessive for half a coke and a buttermilk. When I saw the account, thinking there might be a mistake, I called the business and asked why the price was so high. They told me on the phone that they charge a road toll and that the packers work from the outside, so such a toll is reflected. I also found out that 100 TL was taken as a road fee. Charging a road fee of 100 TL per package for such a simple order and increasing the total amount to 500 TL seems to me both unreasonable and unfair from the consumer's point of view. Therefore, I request the refund of the road fare I paid and the reduction of the high road/package fares in this way, at least clearly and clearly stated before the order.
