I was sure that I had purchased high-quality goods at the company store. I took them out of the branded package at home and found that the packaging was damaged through and through - the cellophane and cardboard were perforated.The film from a long time ago changed its color and structure - holes were marked in the corners, which indicated the substandardness of the product ! I was extremely outraged by the dishonesty of the seller and the store as a whole , which allows the sale of goods of improper appearance and quality , putting them on the showcase and not warning the buyer . After calling the store, a consultant contacted me, assuring me that I had dropped the box and was damaged because it had checked the integrity before selling. When asked why the bar changed color - it turned yellow and tarnished, as well as holes and dents in the corners - she replied that such a thing was not prohibited and these were the assumptions of the manufacturer . I strongly advise you not to visit this place where fakes and substandard products are sold for full price!
