We stayed at the hotel from May 15th to 17th. I really liked it! A huge advantage is the location: it's literally a 5-minute walk to Registan, and about 10-15 minutes to Bibi Khanum. Special thanks to the hotel owner: he received us as long-awaited guests and allowed us to stay at the hotel when our flight was delayed. Before arrival, we read some negative reviews about the breakfast. We liked everything, the breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is also located on a cozy street, which perfectly conveys the flavor of the city. We recommend 10/10.

Good location, otherwise everything is a C. There is not enough variety for breakfast, in the country of tortillas we were given purchased bread, there were no fruits, there were no vegetables either. There was trash in the room upon check-in, I had to ask for a hairdryer, there was no glass for toothbrushes, etc. We moved into a quadruple room, with a future move to a two-room apartment, but we couldn't move, which meant we had to live on a suitcase for a day.

We were supposed to check into the hotel on May 3, the room was booked in March and fully paid for. Also, the day before, I contacted the hotel via messenger and arranged a transfer. On May 3, on the way to the airport, I received an email from the aggregator - the hotel cannot accept you, the shopping center did not close the sale on time and they have overbooking. Did they realize this a few hours before they checked in?! I wrote to the hotel, but they didn't even bother to answer me. By the way, I also did not meet the transfer))) I was forced to look for accommodation options in Samarkand in the conditions of a disgusting connection, sitting at the airport gate. And these are the May holidays, there are no places....I travel a lot, the experience is different, I always contact the hotel to clarify the details of the booking.... but I did not expect such "hospitality" in an eastern country. Force majeure happens and everyone can find themselves in this situation, it is important how you, the owners of guesthouses, hotels, get out of this situation. Conclusions....and there will be no conclusions) think for yourself, decide for yourself.
